Cold Potato Chips

Two potatoes, peeled and washed.

Cut the potatoes into thick strips, mince the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pass the potato strips over water to remove excess starch.

Put it in a boiling water pot and cook for one minute until the potatoes become transparent.

Remove the water control and add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

Here are two tablespoons of spicy chili oil. If you like to eat more spicy, it's better to put more.

Add a little sugar, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of chicken powder, and a spoonful of light soy sauce.
