Cold Potato Chips

Peel the potatoes and wash the coriander.

Use a scraper to slice the potatoes and soak them in cold water to remove starch.

Tips:
1. Use a scraper to cut potatoes into thin slices. It is very easy and convenient to cut. Avoid using a knife to cut uneven thickness.
