Zhe Er is rooted in me. I have heard of it for a long time, but I have never been able to taste it. Just like stinky tofu and durian, people who love zheergen will describe its taste as delicious in the heavens and the earth, and those who hate it will tirelessly describe how smelly it is. I don't know why I am interested in Zheergen, so I really want to try it out.

Ingredients

Cold Root

1. Pinch off the old roots and mustaches of Zheergen, wash and remove the sediment, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, remove the dry water, and pinch it into small sections by hand; cut the chives and garlic into fines
