Cold Sausage

Prepare ingredients for later use.

Cut the sausage into thin slices, shred the onion, and cut the parsley and chives into small pieces.

Put salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil in a small bowl and stir well. (If you don’t like spicy food, you can ignore it)

Pour into the sausage.
