A small Korean pickle from my hometown has a unique scent of sesame leaves, which is suitable for porridge or noodles.

Ingredients

1. Wash fresh sesame leaves

2. Finely chop onion and garlic, mix well with other accessories

3. Steam the sesame leaves in a pot, it doesn’t take too long, just steam the leaves soft, about 1-2 minutes after steaming

4. Let the steamed sesame leaves cool, mix well with the seasoning from step 2

Tips:

1. Choose tender sesame leaves, otherwise they will have old tendons and will not taste good. 2. Don't steam for too long, just steam it softly.
