Cold Sesame Leaves

Wash fresh sesame leaves

Finely chop onion and garlic, mix well with other accessories

Steam the sesame leaves in a pot, it doesn’t take too long, just steam the leaves soft, about 1-2 minutes after steaming
4.
Let the steamed sesame leaves cool, mix well with the seasoning from step 2
Tips:
1. Choose tender sesame leaves, otherwise they will have old tendons and will not taste good. 2. Don't steam for too long, just steam it softly.
