Cold Songhua Egg in 3 Minutes to Get A Delicious Dish

Ingredients: 4 Songhua eggs, 4 garlic, 1 whole green pepper and half seasoning: Jane, millet, vinegar, sesame oil, edible oil, light soy sauce, oil, salt, thirteen incense, moderate amount.

Cut each egg in half and cut into 4 equal parts.

Cut an appropriate amount of minced green peppers.

One piece of garlic is peeled and crushed. The degree of mud is based on personal preference. I prefer the grainy ones and not crush them too much.
