Cold Soy Sprouts

Soy bean sprouts are available

Pick the roots of the soybean sprouts and wash them.

Put water and salt in the pot and bring to a boil.

Chop the shallots finely and set aside.

Add soybean sprouts after the water is boiled.

Cover the pot and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then take it out and drain the water.

Put cooking oil in the pot, add shallots and sauté.

Add soybean sprouts.

Add salt, chicken essence, and sugar and mix well.

Put in light soy sauce, soy sauce.

Tips:
Soybean sprouts are blanched with a little salt.
