Cold Spring Leek

Wash the leeks and cut in the middle. Cut the small red pepper into small pieces. Boil water in a pot and add leeks to blanch water. Remove and drain the water.

Put in a bowl, add various seasonings, and mix well.

Stuff it into a bowl or cup. Press and shape. (I just use an idle water cup)

Buckle upside down into the plate, set the plate. Use small red peppers and apple slices to decorate the roses.
