Cold Tofu Skin

I use dried tofu skin, soak it in clean water for 2 hours in advance

Shred the cucumber, the carrot, and the parsley into small pieces

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add the tofu skin, blanch it, and then remove it
4.
Put it in cold water, remove it, and squeeze the water out with your hands
5.
Put in a large bowl, add shredded cucumber and carrot, parsley, minced garlic, add all the spices
6.
Just stir evenly, serve and serve
Tips:
Don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need to put chili oil
