Tofu skin, also known as tofu skin or tofu skin, is a solidified film on the surface of boiled soy milk. It can be eaten fresh or dried.

Cold Tofu Skin

1. I use dried tofu skin, soak it in clean water for 2 hours in advance

Tips:

Don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need to put chili oil
