Cold Vermicelli with Mung Bean Sprouts

Put a bunch of mung bean vermicelli into the pot

Pour in boiling water and soak for ten minutes

Rinse the mung bean sprouts to remove impurities such as bean skin

Put water in the pot to boil, add mung bean sprouts to blanch water, three or four minutes after the water is boiled, the bean sprouts will become transparent, don’t blanch too soft

After the vermicelli is soaked, let cool water, it’s best to cut it to the right length

Dried bean sprouts and vermicelli, put the water in a basin, and add salt

Add chopped green onion oil, white vinegar, and mix well. There is no scallion oil, plus pepper oil or sesame oil.
