Cold White Fungus

Soak the white fungus in cold water, remove the stalk, and drain the water for later use

Boil a pot of water, pour the processed white fungus in and blanch it

Soak the hot white fungus in cold boiled water, drain the water and put it on a plate

Place the chopped green and red peppers on top, drizzle with light soy sauce, add some salt, and mix well.
5.
Put it in the refrigerator for a while and it will taste better
Tips:
I use it as a meal replacement for weight loss, so it is low in oil and salt, and a little bit of oil will taste better.
