Cold Yuba

Soak the yuba with warm water.

Cut the soaked yuba with a diagonal knife.
3.
Mince garlic, wash and chop coriander.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, add the yuba and blanch for one minute to remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir fragrant.

Place the minced garlic on the yuba.

Add two spoons of very fresh, half a spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, a spoon of balsamic vinegar, a little sugar, salt, pepper, chicken essence, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
