Cold Yuba

Soak the yuba 2 hours in advance.

Cut into sections.
3.
Boil water in a pot until the yuba is blanched.
4.
Just a few minutes.
5.
Rinse with pure ice water and drain the water.
6.
Use a large bowl, add seasonings and mix well.
7.
Mix well.
8.
Just install it.
