Coleslaw

Peel off the old skin and clean the ercai.

Cut the noodles into thin slices.

Add two tablespoons of salt and marinate the vegetables for about 20 minutes.

While marinating, chop the chives and coriander.

Squeeze the marinated vegetables into a bowl

Add three spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, a little sugar and monosodium glutamate, one spoon of pepper oil, half a spoon of sesame oil and pepper noodles, two spoons of red chili pepper, one spoon of ginger garlic, and chopped green onion.

Mix all the seasonings well.
