Colored Conch Noodles

Wash the rapeseed and carrots (if you don’t have rape, you can use spinach instead, spinach is greener). Peel the carrots (my carrot is bigger and I used half)

Cut off the light part of the rapeseed and cut into square slices

Carrots are diced and mashed in a garlic mortar

After mashing the carrots, squeeze the juice on the gauze and mix with flour to form a dough. Repeat for rapeseed (no need to mash the rapeseed)
5.
Wake up for 20 minutes

Roll into dough pieces, cut 1×1 face pieces
7.
Twist on the sushi table, as shown in the picture
8.
Cooked, add sesame oil and light soy sauce
Tips:
Use spinach to omit step 2 and dice spinach. There is a juicer at home that can be directly squeezed into juice
