Diced chicken dishes are very common. Today, I recommend a labor-saving version of colorful chicken. There are frozen corn, carrots, and peas in the supermarket. It is my favorite, because I can use it to stir-fry when I go home. It saves the need to buy vegetables. All the troubles of dicing with a leather knife!

Colorful Chicken

1. Boil mixed vegetables and spare

2. Cut the chicken breast with a knife, add chopped green onion, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little starch to marinate

3. Put oil in the pan, add chicken cubes and stir fry after the oil is hot

4. Stir fry until the chicken is white, add the blanched vegetables

5. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken noodles after stir-frying, and it is good to serve with rice. The color is attractive
