Colorful Fried Rice

Corn, cucumber, carrot, onion, ham, rice

Rub corn kernels (mostly half a corn root), cucumber, carrot, onion (mother saplings used half), ham sausage and diced for later use

Turn on the fire, pour oil in the pot, wait for the oil to warm up

Pour in onions, carrots, corn kernels, cucumbers, and ham in turn, stir evenly, add a little salt and light soy sauce, and continue to stir evenly
ps: Carrots and corn kernels are hard to cook, you can stir fry for a while and then pour in cucumber and ham

Tips:
★ When frying the diced vegetables, put the ones that are not easy to cook first. ★Pour in the rice and add a little less water, adjust the heat to a lower level, so it is not easy to paste
