Colorful Fried Tofu

Stir the pork stuffing with egg mixture, then add the chopped green onion, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, sweet noodle sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, and stir well. Cut the colored pepper, cucumber, and ham into small cubes for later use.

Cut the tofu into large slices with a thickness of about 0.5cm (if the knife is good enough, you can cut it thinly).

Spread the meat.

Cover with another slice of tofu.

Put it in a frying pan, fry until golden meat on both sides is cooked through, and serve.

Pour oil in the wok, add the scallion and ginger to the pan after the oil is hot.

After frying the aroma, add the diced cucumber, diced pepper, diced ham, and corn kernels and stir fry evenly.

Add a little salt and sugar.

Recycle, stir-fry with proper amount of water, add chicken essence to taste at the end, and the water starch is enough to thin the gorgon.

Pour it on the fried tofu patties.
