Colorful Jasmine Fried Rice

Dice carrots, peas, duck eggs, ham sausage and set aside.

Blanch the peas and carrots.
3.
Blanched carrots, peas, ham sausage, diced, fried duck eggs and set aside.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of edible oil in the pot and stir-fry the cooked rice with high oil temperature.
5.
Add the diced carrots, peas, and diced ham and continue to stir fry.
6.
Add the duck eggs and stir fry together.
7.
Add salt and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The egg fried rice is slightly harder than the usual cooked rice
