Colorful Mashed Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and steam them in a steamer. Steam for about 15-20 minutes. You can prick them with chopsticks in the middle. If they can be pierced to the end, it means they are well cooked.

Let it dry for a while, peel off the skins of the potatoes while they are hot, and press the potatoes into a puree with a spoon.

Add appropriate amount of whipped cream and stir evenly, not too thin.

Wash the peas and corn kernels, dice the carrots, cucumbers, and green peppers, and put them on a plate for later use.

Tips:
1. Potatoes must be steamed, otherwise they are harmful to the body.
2. For potatoes, choose a rounder shaped potato.
