Colorful Pineapple Rice

Separate a whole pineapple from the middle, use a knife to cut into small pieces, then use a spoon to take out the pineapple chunks and place them in a plate for use.

Go to the clean pineapple container and that's it.

Take out a small portion of the pineapple, and dice it (I made the pineapple ancient meat again and squeezed a glass of juice), and then dice all the luncheon meat, cucumber, carrot, and purple onion.

Put the bottom oil in the pot, heat up, add the luncheon meat and diced carrots, and stir fry.

Then add the rice, cucumber, pineapple, and diced shallots, then add salt, seafood soy sauce, and add chicken essence before cooking. (I have already installed the disk, so it’s a bit less.)

Tips:
If the pineapple is a bit sour, add a little sugar.
