Congee and Side Dishes ~ Meat Pancakes

One salted fish, minced pepper and garlic.

Remove the head of the salted fish, put it in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown

Take out the bones and set aside the salted fish meat.

First chop the pork to mince, then add the salted fish and chop until it is sticky.

Put it in a bowl, add minced garlic and egg cornstarch and mix well.

Divide it out into a bowl and add the minced chili to the other bowl. (My daughter didn't dare to eat spicy food, so she made two servings)

Start the frying pan (not too hot, maybe there are small bubbles when the chopsticks are put down)
