Congee with Mixed Grains and Fruits and Red Dates

Wash the lotus seeds and peanuts and soak them in advance. Break the lotus seeds to remove the unprocessed cores.

Wash walnut kernels and red dates.

The brown rice and black rice can be prepared according to your own taste.

Contain oats and millet.

Add water to the pot, add lotus seeds, peanuts, walnuts and red dates, and cook. After the pot is boiled, wash all the rice and put it in, add a few drops of oil, cover and cook for about 50 minutes to turn off the heat, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before uncovering.

Tips:
