Ingredients

Congee with Preserved Egg, Vegetables and Lean Meat

1. Wash the pork and cut into shredded pork, blanch it in boiling water to remove blood

2. Cut the songhua egg and green cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into about 1 cm square
