Congee with Scallops and Mustard
1.
Wash the scallops and shred the lean meat

Wash the rice
3.
Pour the washed rice into the pot
4.
Pour the lean meat into the pot
5.
Pour the scallops into the pot
6.
Add enough water to cook the porridge

Put it in the pressure cooker and press the porridge button to cook

Wash mustard greens and chop
9.
After the cooked porridge is deflated, open the lid, put the chopped mustard greens into the pot, then press the porridge button again, the lid is open

Heat until the mustard greens are cut off, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking oil, and turn off the pressure cooker.
Tips:
The mustard greens have to wait until the porridge is cooked. If they are put early, they will change color and taste bad.
