Cooked Fried Dried Beans

Soak dried beans in boiling water for 5-6 hours, wash and cut into small pieces for later use. (If you don’t have enough time, you can cook it directly, you can easily cut off)

Slice the garlic, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, shred them, and cut the dried chili into sections for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, boil the oil well, add the garlic slices, ginger shreds, and dried chilies into the pan and stir fry

Stir-fry the chopped dried beans in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce
5.
Finally, turn the garlic sprouts over the pot for a while to start the pot
