Tips:
1. Be sure to buy brewed soy sauce, don't buy processed soy sauce, such as light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, etc.;
2. If there is no rock sugar, white sugar can be used instead;
3. The consistency of soy sauce will increase after being boiled and let cool, so don't make it too thick.
