Cordyceps Flower

Wash the cordyceps flower with water and soak it with warm water. Shred cucumber and carrot. Finely chop garlic.

Blanch the shredded carrots in boiling water. Remove and place in cool water.

Blanch the cordyceps flower and place it in cold water.

Take a shower and squeeze dry water for later use.

Put the cucumber shreds in, then pour the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt into the juice and stir evenly.

Tips:
1. Fresh Cordyceps flowers can be eaten raw, just blanch them in boiling water.
2. The side dishes can be matched at will, either shredded green onion or shredded pepper.
