Cordyceps Flower Chicken Braised Rice

Prepare the ingredients, peel the chicken drumsticks, wash and cut into small pieces, marinate in salt sugar and cornstarch soy sauce for 20 minutes; wash the cordyceps flower, wolfberry and rice with water;

Put the washed rice into the rice cooker;

Then put the marinated chicken legs in the rice cooker;

Add cordyceps flower and wolfberry, close the lid, press the "cooking" button, until the rice cooker skips, and then simmer for 15 minutes;

Open the lid of the rice cooker only after 15 minutes;

Serve in a bowl while hot.
