Cordyceps Flower Lean Meat Soup

Cut the pork into thicker pieces (I like to soak it in water to remove some blood)

Soak cordyceps flowers in warm water

Put the pork in a crock pot, put a few slices of ginger

Drain the cordyceps flowers and put them in
5.
Add a bowl of water, then cover, put it in the pot and steam for an hour
6.
Season with salt and chicken essence
7.
Fragrant and not greasy, especially delicious
