Corn Pork Ribs Claypot

Soak the ribs in advance and change the water twice to remove blood. Remove the soaked ribs and place them in a bowl, and add half a spoon of salt.

Pour in an appropriate amount of thirteen incense and white pepper.

Pour the light soy sauce and beat an egg.

Stir the seasoning well.

Three spoons of sweet potato flour, you don’t like it or you don’t want to. The banquet in my hometown has a slippery broth. This is how it is done. The meat is wrapped with sweet potato flour.

Put on gloves and mix the sweet potato flour and ribs with your hands. No water is needed.

Boil water in a casserole, chop carrots and corn into pieces, add a few slices of ginger, and a spoonful of salt. Because salt is added when making the ribs, there is no need to add salt later.

When the water boils, put the mashed ribs into the casserole one by one.

Put them all together, cover the casserole and cook for half an hour on medium heat. Use chopsticks to pierce the carrots through easily. Turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
