Corn Pork Ribs Soup
1.
The ribs I bought are cut, wash them with hot water and drain the water, slice the ginger, mince the spring onions, and cut the corn into sections. Bring to a boil for later use.
2.
Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, heat the oil and fry a few times with ginger, then add the ribs until the ribs are golden brown on both sides, pour in old wine, boiling water, and appropriate amount of auxiliary materials
3.
Boil on high heat for 4-5 minutes, add the corn for half an hour, and then put the shallots when you eat them. They will be cooked early, just like me.
