Corn Scallion Egg Pancake Batter

Stir the eggs, green onion, and water together, add corn flour, whole wheat flour, and salt together to make a batter

Heat thin oil in a pot

Spoon a spoonful of batter into the pot and turn the heat down to cook

Use a spatula to flatten the batter and spread it out into a circle

Turn over after the bottom solidifies
6.
Reverse side sintering

It’s burned on the front, and it’s solidified several times.

Just out of the pot
Tips:
Don't make a big fire when baking, it is easy to "scorch the outside and tender inside", so use a small flame to be patient
