Cowpea Stuffed Meat

Put water in a pot, boil, add a little salt, cooking oil, add cowpeas and cook until green.

Remove the cold water and dry it for later use.

Stir the pork filling with chopped green onion and ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence, and a little vegetable oil.
