Cowpea is a frequent visitor at people's table. It is usually eaten with stir-fried and cold dressing. Today I have a new way to eat it. It looks good and delicious. "

Cowpea Stuffed Meat

1. Put water in a pot, boil, add a little salt, cooking oil, add cowpeas and cook until green.

2. Remove the cold water and dry it for later use.

3. Stir the pork filling with chopped green onion and ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence, and a little vegetable oil.

4. Tie the beans into a knot, then stretch the ring on both sides, tuck both ends into the gap.

5. This is what it looks like when compiled.

6. Put the meat filling in the beans to compact, and dip some dry starch on both sides.

7. Pour a little vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, put the beans stuffed into the meat and fry until golden on both sides.

8. Use water and starch to make a thinner gorgon sauce, pour it on the bean stuffed meat, wait for the sauce to thicken, and put it out into the pan.

9. Fresh and delicious, with meat and vegetables.
