Cowpeas in Cold Dressing
1.
Wash and cut off the cowpea.
2.
Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of oil and salt.
3.
Add the cowpeas and blanch them.
4.
Blanch the cooked cowpea in cold water and tear it in half.
5.
Add minced garlic, salt, chicken essence.
6.
Add light soy sauce and vinegar.
