Cowpeas in Cold Dressing

Wash and cut cowpeas into equal lengths

Minced garlic and ginger
3.
Lee Kum Kee Cold Sauce and Sesame Oil

Saute garlic and ginger with a little oil in the pan
5.
Scoop out the sauteed ginger and garlic

Bring to a boil, add two drops of olive oil or cooking oil to the cowpea under water, cover and cook for 3 minutes
7.
Remove the boiled cowpeas and soak in cold boiling water for half a minute and then drain
8.
Add monosodium glutamate soy sauce Lee Kum Kee cold sauce, sesame sesame oil, stir-fry the minced ginger and garlic, mix well (for those with heavy flavors, add a little salt as appropriate)
