Cowpeas in Cold Dressing

Break the cowpea into pieces, wash and set aside

Put the cowpea in the pot, add water and a little salt to cook
3.
Remove and drain after cooking
4.
Mince ginger and garlic, cut green onion into sections and put into a bowl
5.
Pour the hot oil into the bowl to force out the aroma
6.
Add soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sugar, vinegar, and chili oil and stir well
7.
Pour the mixed ingredients into the cowpea and mix well.
