Crab and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: Crab (cleaned), wax gourd (peeled and seeded, cleaned and cut).

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut crabs, and add some cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the winter melon and add some water.
6.
Flip and boil until cooked.
7.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Season to mix and serve.
