Crab Casserole

Wash the crabs and cut them with a knife

Wash jujube and slice ginger
3.
Wash the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms, shred and spread the bottom, and place the cut crabs on top

Add pepper, chili, sugar, and pepper noodles to the prepared casserole and simmer over high heat. Skip any foam and simmer on a low heat.
Tips:
Wash the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms and shred them by hand. The broken dietary fiber can be retained to the greatest extent.
