Crab Meat Rice Cake Strips

Crab and ribs rice cakes are reserved.

Steam the crab, pick out the crab roe, crab paste, and crab meat for later use.

Cut the ribs rice cake into long strips.

Heat the frying pan, add the crab meat and stir fry for a nice flavor.

Pour in the sliced rice cake strips.

Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of water.

Stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste, and stir-fry the rice cake until it becomes soft and ready to be out of the pot.

Decorated with shredded green and red peppers.
