Crab Mushroom Golden Tofu

Tofu cut into small cubes.

Wash crab-flavored mushrooms and chives for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pan (not too much). After the oil is hot, add the tofu cubes and fry them to make golden brown on both sides (turn over halfway, turn over with chopsticks)

The fried tofu cubes are filled with oil control and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pot. After the 6 layers are heated, add the ginger and stir for a while.
