Crab Roe Rice Ball

The rice is cleaned and simmered in the electric rice cooker.

Prepare a bowl of sushi vinegar with salt, sugar, and white vinegar in a ratio of 1:2:10. After the adjustment, add an appropriate amount of water to dilute. The amount of water can be half of the white vinegar. This can be controlled according to your own taste.

Pour the sushi vinegar into the steamed rice and mix well.

Put an appropriate amount of rice and crab roe into a pot.

Reproduce the rice and crab roe evenly.

Put on disposable gloves and form a ping-pong ball.

Pack the rice balls in a lunch box.

Mix a bowl of dipping sauce with very fresh and wasabi, because sushi vinegar has been put in the rice, this dipping sauce only uses soy sauce.

Mix the wasabi with the soy sauce with a spoon. It is easy to choke when the rice balls are unevenly mixed.

Tips:
After the rice is steamed, you can mix the sushi vinegar in the rice cooker. The rice and crab roe mixed with the sushi vinegar should be placed in a small amount of the pot several times. Don't mix it all at once. The crab roe tastes good when you mix it now.
