Crab, Tofu, Seafood and Mushrooms in One Pot

The crabs are washed clean, and they are not split at will.

Put it in a saucepan and add more water. If you like to drink soup, add more water. Pour in rice wine and a little bit of Huadiao, add sliced ginger and green onions, cover and simmer on high heat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Put an appropriate amount of salt, add the washed seafood mushrooms and diced tender tofu, cover and cook for five minutes, sprinkle with coriander or chopped green onion.
