Cranberry Whole Wheat Bread

Pour all the powder into the container, add water, and knead in the bread machine for 30 minutes

Put the dough in a container, cover it with plastic wrap or a damp towel, and ferment to double its size

Add melted butter, add dried cranberry, and knead for about 30 minutes

Place it on the chopping board and roll it out into a rectangular shape. After the third fold, roll out into an oval shape.

Roll from top to bottom into an olive-like shape, close the mouth and squeeze tightly

Put it on baking paper and ferment twice to double the size

Make a few cuts on the surface with a sharp blade, and preheat the oven to 200°C
