Mix all ingredients except dried cranberries and knead into a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough thinly.

Fold it and roll it out again, repeating 5 times in total.

After rolling 5 times, sprinkle a little dry flour on the countertop, roll the dough into a rectangle, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

Roll it out again, and roll the bottom side thin.

Sprinkle the dried cranberries evenly on the dough.

Roll it up from top to bottom, making it tighter.

Put it in a baking pan covered with tarp and ferment.

When fermented to about 2 times the size, brush the egg liquid on the surface and draw the lines with a fork.

Preheat the oven, 170°, upper and lower fire, middle layer, bake for about 15 minutes.

Slice and serve after cooling.
Tips:
You can replace dried cranberries with raisins or honey red beans.
