Crisp and Refreshing Bone Floss Palm

Wash the duck feet and soak in water for 20 minutes to remove the blood

Put half of the pot of water in the pot, add sliced ginger and green onions to a boil, then add the duck feet

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes 4, prepare a basin of ice water, and soak the cooked duck feet in the ice water for 15 minutes

Remove the bones of the duck feet and set aside

Squeeze the mustard into a small cup, then add about 20ML of boiling water to rinse well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes

Then add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil and mix well
