Crispy Beef Patties
1.
Pour 250g of water into 400g of flour and knead it into a dough without being too smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for about two hours
2.
Knead every half an hour or so. If the dough is sticky, you can touch a proper amount of vegetable oil on your hands when kneading.
3.
Wake up dough is very smooth and soft
4.
Divide into equal-sized doses, almost enough, touch a layer of oil on each, set aside
5.
55g vegetable oil is heated, 50g flour is added to the appropriate amount of salt and mix well, pour the hot oil on top, mix well with a spoon, and serve
6.
Wash the beef, chop it with a food processor, and chop the spring onion
7.
Brush a layer of oil on the panel, take a piece of dough, and roll the dough thinly with your hands or a rolling pin
8.
Spread the right amount of pastry and sprinkle the right amount of filling powder
9.
Put beef
10.
Sprinkle chopped green onions
11.
Roll up from the beginning
12.
Roll while rolling
13.
The longer the stretch, the more levels
14.
Make all the dough in turn
15.
Take one of them and stand up
16.
Flatten it with your hands, and the cake is ready
17.
Put more oil in the pan and bake the cake until golden on both sides
18.
To make it more crispy, I bake it in the oven for another 20 minutes. It turns out that it’s very crispy without baking

Tips:
If there is no filling powder, you can mix it with pepper powder and five-spice powder; the beef is not used so much left; the dough must be awake in place, otherwise it is not easy to operate.
