Crispy Chicken Drumsticks

Wash and drain the chicken thighs after thawing

Put the chicken legs in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger, shallots, grind in black pepper, mix well and marinate overnight

Pour the eggs into a bowl and stir evenly, 100 grams of dry crisp powder, and 50 grams with water and mix evenly to form a paste

Pick up the marinated chicken drumsticks, first coat with egg liquid, then pat dry powder, and finally coat with batter

Pour oil in the pot

After the oil temperature is 170 degrees, add the chicken legs and fry until slightly yellow, then turn to medium heat and fry

Fry it until the surface is golden and then poke the thickest part with a needle. The bleeding is not cooked. The oily water is cooked and ready to be out of the pan.

Add 100ml sweet and sour sauce to 4 tablespoons of water and mix well

Tips:
1. The drumsticks are marinated overnight to make the chicken drumsticks more flavorful
2. The crispy fried powder I used is already seasoned, so I used the basic seasoning, you can change the seasoning according to your own preferences
3. When frying, put the pan at high oil temperature and then turn to medium heat to fry it completely
