Crispy Christmas Roast Chicken

Prepare all materials in advance

When buying a chicken, let the boss help you clean up the chicken, just go to the top and end without opening the belly, take out the internal organs, and then wash the chicken, let it stand in the basin to control the water

Use a toothpick to poke holes in the whole body of the chicken. Spread salt and black pepper evenly from the inside of the belly, wipe the belly and then wipe the outside. You must apply it to each area, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than two minutes.

After marinating, mix the seasoning 2 well, start from the inside of the stomach, wipe the inside and wipe the outside, for more than 3 hours, you can add more chili powder if you like spicy food

Add the onion in seasoning 4 and other vegetables (optional), fry it in a pan with butter, make a fried rice and put it in your stomach (do not add eggs), you can add salt and soy sauce to adjust the taste

Put the fried rice into the belly of the chicken, stuff it, then stuff an orange to block the back, fix it with a toothpick

Before roasting, fix the legs and wings with a string, wrap the chicken wings and the roots with tin foil, and squeeze lemon juice

First put the chicken on the grilling net, put a baking tray underneath to receive the juice, cover it with tin foil, put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 220 degrees, and bake for half an hour

Seasoning 3 Put a small bowl on the oven, half an hour later, the seasoning will melt, and then stir well (you can put it on the oven all the way, the oven temperature will keep it from solidifying)

Place the baking dish with tin foil, cut the potatoes, carrots and other ingredients into pieces and place them in the baking dish, brush with a layer of olive oil

Tips:
1. The chicken can be bought for about two catties, it is too big to taste, and it is difficult to cook
2. Marinating for a day in advance will be more delicious
3. When baking, remember to cover with tin foil in time to avoid burning
4. The oranges should not be too big, they will not fit easily
