Crispy Egg Tofu

Bought boxed egg tofu.

Tear off the seal, buckle it upside down on the chopping board, and cut the 4 corners with a knife.

Remove the box and cut into pieces.

Put the starch on the plate, and roll the tofu cubes with starch.
5.
Fry in a frying pan, fry until golden on both sides, remove.
6.
Except for the starch, the auxiliary materials are put in a small bowl and mixed into a sauce.
7.
When eating, dip the sauce.
